Once you have decided to have an Awesome celebration, call 6101 1101 or click the enquire online tab to receive availabilities. Enquiries and confirmations are answered in order of receival to avoid disappointment.


It is really up to you how many players you would like in your party. We can enlist anywhere from 1 to 50 players to battle it out on the field at once and the bigger the battle the more fun for all players. We can also have larger groups on a rotational basis.  All we need to know is an accurate number of your players in total (for rations and tagger allocation) and how many of them are under 9 years old (require small taggers)

We can let you know the best times and days available closest to your selected date. Please keep in mind for individual players and groups of up to 20 playersSaturdays and Sundays are the best days for a battle due to the large amount of enemy/friendly’s available. The more on the battlefield the better the battle 


Book in as soon as you have a date in mind.

The earlier you book the more likely we can give you a Date and Time that best suits your needs

Once you have your Date,Time and Numbers locked in with us, a booking request will be sent to you by email.
You can either process your deposit via Credit Card payment over the phone or a Direct Credit via your bank account.
Once your deposit is received a Booking Confirmation email is sent to you with all the relevent details to ensure you are confident with all aspects of your special day.

Please ensure your Reference Number is listed with your deposit - It is the only way we can track your payment. If there is not enough space for your ref number use the first 6 digits.

Should you require more players, please call first to ensure the guns are available.

Your balance payment can be finalised either 3 days before your battle through the bank account (use the same ref number) or by cash on the day (EFTPOS and Credit Card not available on site)
Please note: As Rations, Staff and Guns are booked on a per player basis, accurate numbers are required. 


Enter the Battlezone at your designated time and you will find your table/s with name tags to place your belongings at.
Head straight to the office to pay your balance (cash only on the day) to speed up the sign in process. As your guests arrive collect their disclaimers for presenting to the office. Hats and Bandanas are allocated once teams are finalised.
Should some of your guests go AWOL you have permission to enrol others to make up the numbers to your booked amount.

Load the batteries into your camera and prepare to be deployed onto the battlefield as a UN photographer (or sit back and relax at Battle HQ)
